These Terms of Service govern your use of digitalstartuplifestyle.com and The Lifestylers Club membership operated by Resolutionary Media, Inc. ("the Company"), doing business as Digital Startup Lifestyle ("DSL Life," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

Membership and Access

The Lifestylers Club is a paid membership community providing access to curriculum, templates, community rooms, and direct access to Rez during Office Hours. Membership is available at the rates published on our website at the time of purchase.

Founding rate: Members who join during the founding period lock in their rate permanently. This rate will never increase for as long as their membership remains active and in good standing.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for new members at any time. Existing members are not affected by price increases.

Billing and Cancellation

Memberships are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law
Annual memberships cancelled within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion

Curriculum and Templates

The Freedom Business Starter Kit — including all courses, templates, and curriculum materials — is provided for your personal use as a Lifestylers Club member. You may not redistribute, resell, or share access to these materials with non-members.

Curriculum content is delivered on a Wave schedule. Wave unlock timing is based on your enrollment date. We reserve the right to update, improve, or revise curriculum content at any time — these changes represent improvements, not reductions in value.

Community Standards

The Lifestylers Club community — including all GoBrunch rooms — is a professional environment. Members agree to:

Treat all community members and staff with respect
Not engage in spam, unsolicited promotion, or self-serving behavior that disrupts the community
Not share the community access link or Welcome page URL with non-members
Not record community sessions without explicit consent from all participants
Maintain the confidentiality of what members share in Mastermind Circle and private sessions

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community — without refund — for behavior that violates these standards or damages the community experience for others.

Office Hours and Direct Access

Office Hours with Rez are available to Lifestylers Club members during published hours. This is a group-access benefit — not a guaranteed one-on-one session. Availability may vary based on scheduling, events, and community needs.

We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes from participation in DSL Life. Results depend entirely on the effort, application, and circumstances of each member.

Intellectual Property

All content published on digitalstartuplifestyle.com — including articles, templates, course materials, frameworks, and the DSL vocabulary and metaphor systems — is the intellectual property of Digital Startup Lifestyle. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

You retain ownership of any business ideas, content, or work you share within the community.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DSL Life provides educational content and community access. We make no guarantees regarding income, business success, or specific outcomes from using our curriculum or community. All business decisions you make based on content encountered through DSL Life are your own responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resolutionary Media, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active members of significant changes via email. Continued use of DSL Life services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
