You Found It Before It Was Finished.

That’s not an accident. The founding cohort never finds things after they’re done.

Section 1 — Who This Is For

If you’ve spent decades building something for someone else — their company, their vision, their retirement — and you’re done waiting to build something that’s yours, this is where that starts.

Not later. Not when things settle down. Not when you finally feel ready.

They need a structure that works with a full life, not one that requires replacing it. Thirty years of accumulated experience isn’t baggage — it’s inventory.

It doesn’t matter what field you came from. The nurse and the ironworker and the account manager and the contractor all carry the same fundamental asset: a lifetime of knowing things that other people would pay to learn. What they haven’t done yet is package it.

DSL Life is where the packaging starts.

If that sentence lands, keep reading.

Section 2 — What Exists Now. What’s Being Built.

This is not a finished product. That’s not a disclaimer — it’s the actual reason to join now rather than later.

Here’s what’s built and open:

The Harbor — DSL Life’s community space on GoBrunch. Nine rooms. Open now. The Commons is always live. The Hammer Lane is a deep work room where Lifestylers build alongside each other in silence. Events are running. The Open Deck is public — every first Friday.

Wave 1 — The Freedom Business Starter Kit deploys July 6th on Skillplate: six templates, three foundational curriculum modules. These are the tools that most Gen X Builders needed 10 years ago and couldn’t find anywhere. They’re built from the ground up for someone who is building from experience capital, not from a blank-slate startup framework designed for 26-year-olds.

The DSLmag — The weekly publication is already running. Founding members receive every edition as part of their membership. It’s the most immediate thing that arrives after you join, and it’s the best signal of what DSL Life produces every week.

Here’s what’s being built:

Wave 2 and Wave 3 curriculum. The Expert Partner network. Advanced Harbor sessions. The full operating system for a sub-4-hour workday running a location-independent business.

The founding cohort doesn’t observe that build — they inform it. Their experience tells us what Gen X Builders actually need. Their questions shape what gets built next. The people who arrived before the platform was finished have always had more influence over how it turns out. That’s not marketing language. That’s how every serious community has ever worked.

If you want to wait until it’s all done, the door will still be open. But you won’t be a founder.

Section 3 — The Founding 100 Rate

The founding rate is not a promotional price. It’s the rate for the people who showed up first, and it locks permanently for as long as they stay.

100 seats. When they’re gone, they’re gone. The standard rate activates at member 101.

Founding Monthly: $47/month — locked permanently at this rate for founding members.

Founding Annual: $397/year — 12 months for the price of roughly 8. The math makes itself.

Standard rate (member 101+): $97/month or $797/year.

In Year 3, a founding member at $397/year will be sitting next to a new member at $797/year. The founding member is an insider. That’s a real thing — not a gamification mechanic.

The Pre-Trip Entry

There are two doors into the Founding 100.

Door one: you’re already convinced. You want full access from day one. You come in at $47/month or $397/year as a full founding member.

Door two: you’re interested but want to experience it before committing fully. You come in at $4.70 for 30 days with limited but genuine access, and you make your decision from inside the community rather than from the outside looking in.

Both doors close at member 101. July 4th weekend is when the Pre-Trip Entry launches publicly — the first push, the reason to move now. But the door stays open until the founding cohort is full. If you find this in August and there are still seats, it’s still available. When the seats are gone, both doors close together.

$4.70 for your first 30 days. The cost of a coffee. A nod to the $47 founding rate.

After 30 days, your Pre-Trip access expires. If you’ve seen enough — and most people have — you join at the founding rate of $47/month or $397/year. Your rate locks permanently from that point forward. You become a full Founding 100 member with the same access, same rate, and same standing as anyone else in the cohort.

If the founding cohort is still open when your 30 days are up, you have the option. If it’s not — if member 101 joined while you were inside — the founding rate is gone. That’s not a scare tactic. It’s just how the room fills.

The $4.70 isn’t a discount. It’s not a free trial either. It’s a small but real commitment — enough to mean you showed up on purpose.

Section 4 — The Single Action

One decision. Two options. Three if you’re not quite ready to commit.

Not sure yet? There’s a third option:
